Keepsake Memories is currently preparing for public release. For help with account access, subscriptions, photo entries, or data deletion, contact the developer by email.
Common topics
- Use Restore Purchases in Settings if an active subscription is not reflected in the app.
- Backfill credit balances appear in Settings, where additional credit packs can be purchased.
- Signed-in memories sync through cloud-backed storage.
- When signed out, local entries are stored on the device using encrypted local storage.
- Account deletion is available in Settings and removes the account's stored scrapbooks and photos.
