Keepsake Memories helps families save private child scrapbooks made of photos, captions, dates, and related scrapbook details. This policy explains what the app collects and how that information is used.
Information you provide
- Account details used for sign in, such as email address or authentication provider identifiers.
- Scrapbook details, such as child profile names, birthdays, thumbnails, and scrapbook settings.
- Memory entries, including photos, captions, dates, favorites, and related metadata you choose to save.
- Subscription status, purchase entitlement information, and backfill credit balance needed to manage paid features.
How information is stored
Signed-in accounts store scrapbook data and images with cloud service providers so memories can be available across signed-in sessions. Local signed-out use stores data on the device with encrypted local file storage. Signed-in cloud data is protected by account authentication, access controls, provider infrastructure, and transport encryption, but it is not end-to-end encrypted before upload.
How information is used
- To create, display, sync, and organize your scrapbooks and entries.
- To authenticate accounts and protect access to account-owned data.
- To provide subscription features, restore purchases, verify active entitlements, and track backfill credit balances.
- To support account deletion and user-requested support workflows.
Sharing
Keepsake Memories does not sell personal information and does not use family photos or captions for third-party advertising. Data is processed through service providers needed to operate the app, including providers for cloud storage, authentication, app distribution, purchase processing, and subscription management.
Your choices
- You can delete individual scrapbook content from within the app.
- You can delete your account from Settings, which removes stored account scrapbooks and photos.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Account deletion removes account-owned scrapbook data and app-side credit state; Apple may retain purchase records according to its own policies.
Children's privacy
Keepsake Memories is designed for parents and caretakers to store family memories. Children should not create accounts or submit information directly without a parent or guardian.
